Training Centre One of the most important and necessary step towards advance of the industry and country’s progress is the reforms in the education system. The changes taken place in the country, development of production and new investment capital are hardly imaginable without appropriate high-qualified personnel. In addition to the institutes of higher education, technical/special schools should also function, with their significant role in the country’s success. The experience gained by JSC TAM-Tbilisi Aircraft Manufacturing and its professionals team are ready for collaboration with Georgian and foreign companies to provide training for their personnel. The Technical Education Centre of JSC TAM-Tbilisi Aircraft Manufacturing is one of the largest special technical educational establishments in Georgia. Long-term experience and production complexity of JSC TAM-Tbilisi Aircraft Manufacturing have always stipulated significance of the Training Center. For over half a century, thousands of employees and students of the Company and other Georgian and foreign firms have been educated and worked on probation at the Training Center. The Training Centre is staffed with experienced engineers and technical personnel and first-category workers, who are always ready to provide an education in accordance with Georgian standards and international requirements and consider the professional experience of the students.
