Production of pipes and production technologies

Pipes are produced for the following systems of aircrafts and helicopters:

1.     Fuel system

2.     Oil system

3.     Oxygen system

4.     Pipeline

5.     Hydraulic system

6.     Conditioning system.

Pipes are made by using the pipes of materials АМГ2М; 12Х18Н10Т; М2М; М3М.

The pipes are bent by hand and special pipe-bending machine (model 5000 of JUTEC brand).

During the manual bending of aluminum pipes, the method of sand filling and heating with gas is used.

Stainless pipes with the diameter of up to 10 mm are bent by using a Bowden, and the ones with the diameter of over 10 mm are bent by using the saltpeter compound liquid.

The pipe-bending machine is used to bend the pipes made of any material, with the diameter of 6-50 mm, inclusive.

The pipes are subject to pressure tests for of up to 15 Atm.
