The flight-test enterprise has the following aims: - Complex ground-based testing of aircrafts, their development and preparation for flight tests, in accordance with the requirements of regulatory and technical documentation. Organization of plant, acceptance and fixed periodic tests of tested aircrafts and issuance of the conclusion about the conformity of the aircraft with the requirements of regulatory and technical documentation. Preparation and supply of the aircrafts having been subject to flight tests and accepted by the client in the service organization. The structure of the flight and examination enterprise is as follows: Aerial technological processing group engaged in technological development and regulation of aircraft systems and engines. The group includes: - Production sites of ground-based development of aircrafts. A group for developing electrical navigation instruments and armament systems is engaged in processing and regulating the systems of electrical radio and armament. The group includes: - Production sites of electrical-navigation instruments and armament systems. Production preparation group ensures drawing engineering, technological and regulatory documents, carries out an objective control of the actions and piloting of the flight personnel, current repairs of every kind of technological and power equipment, ensures trouble-free production by using every kind of equipment and testing apparatus, materials, workpieces, all the parts necessary for normal course of production, fuels and lubricants and special liquids and controls their purposeful expenditure. It also ensures trouble-free functioning of the flight groups. The group includes: - The technical bureau and its archives - A group of objective control - Power-mechanical group - Instruments and control instrumentation storehouse - Bureau of fuels and lubricants and planning office - Flight security inspector. Engineering-aviation office engaged in technical exploitation and repairs of the aviation techniques. It is responsible for reliability of the aircrafts and sends the aircrafts to the service organization. The office includes: - Leading engineers by their specialty. Flight-experimental and flight support office plans, organizes and coordinates air traffic, supervises the degree of readiness of the airfield, monitors flight plans, controls the state of health and working ability of the flight personnel, organizes flight activities with the aim of testing the aviation techniques, prepares the flight personnel, draws up flight documentation, controls the aircraft flights, carries out radar monitoring of the airspace, organizes aircraft traffic and landing, provides board radio communication and development of radio-navigation and radar equipment on land, is responsible for engineering-research and methodic management of the flight tests. The office includes: - Flight support office - Radio-technical office - Flight-testing office - Medical service.
