Periodic Test Laboratory

The periodic test laboratory tests the aircrafts structures for vibration and loads by considering climatic changes.

  1. Vibration test is carried out for the structures weighing up to 300 kg by the stand of type ЭДС-1500. Vibration frequency may be regulated from 5 Hz to 5000 Hz with the acceleration of 45÷430 m/sec2, by considering the weight of the structure.
  2. Impact test is carried out for the structures weighing up to 400 kg by using the stand СТГ-500 at up to 500 g overload.
  3. There are three chambers designated for a climatic test:

(a) A chamber of type ТВУ-1000 enables to carry out the tests:

  • within the range of +120ºC to -60ºC
  • with vacuum control up to 1 Torricelli
  • with the work space of the chamber 1030X990X965

(b) A chamber of type КТК300 allows carrying out the test:

  • within the range of +100ºC to -30ºC
  • with the work space of the chamber 1200X1650X1500

(c) A chamber of type Fentron 3522/51 is used to carry out tests:

  • at the temperature of up to +100ºC
  • with the humidity regulated in the chamber from 10% to 95%
  • with the work space of the chamber 600x600x500

 

Aircraft Structure Test Laboratory

The laboratory tests the aircraft structures for statistical resistance, with the repeated statistical load of up to 50 tons.

The laboratory tests the items and means made of metal cables (control panel, load-lifting device, towing device) where cables are used.

Carrying out the test for internal pressure of up to 600 kg/cm2 is also possible.
