A joint memorandum envisaging the establishment of a joint company was
signed between JSC TAM-TBILISI AIRCRAFT MANUFACTURINGand AIR LLC
on
May 5 of 2004.
The JSC TAM employees will be sent to the US city of Bend to be trained
and to be taught composite technologies. The partner of JSC TAM-TBILISI
AIRCRAFT MANUFACTURING produces metal parts of every kind for the
aircraft Epic for the Company.
