External Audit
In 2004, the Company
management made a decision to invite international firms to audit
TAM-Tbilisi Aircraft Manufacturing. In 2004 audit was implemented by “Deliotte”, the
company included in the big four. In the same year, a Russian
Consultation Company “Evaluation Consulting” evaluated the fixed
assets of TAM-Tbilisi Aircraft Manufacturing.
In 2005, TAM-Tbilisi
Aircraft Manufacturingwas audited by an audit company “Baker
Tilly International”. From 2006 active work started in the company
for the ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) introduction and a
contract with a Swedish company IFS was signed for this purpose.
In 2006 audit of the company was
performed by "PriceWaterhouseCoopers", the company entering in the
big four audit companies.
