TAM GROUP

The history of TAM Group has begun in 2003 year, when "Tbilaviamsheni" LLC founded by the top management of JSC "TAM-Tbilisi Aircraft Manufacturing" (TAM) took under management 100% of shares of TAM, and later, in 2005 successfully privatized it. Since than, the Group has significantly enlarged and diversified its activates towards many direction. Today TAM Group has stakes in numerous subsidiaries and joint ventures in different countries including the Group's milestone - "TAM-Tbilisi Aircraft Manufacturing" .
